Ford Cortina

This was a special project with a lot of modifications .

Supplied and installed  SR20 turbo engine and 5 speed gearbox.

Fabricated engine and gearbox mounts

Fabricated 3 inch dump pipe and 3 inch mandrel exhaust system.

Supplied and installed front mount intercooler and aluminium pipe work.

Fabricated aluminium fuel tank with external billet fuel cap.Fabricated surge tank.

Fabricated and installed mini tubs to rear of car.

Modified Ford diff to fit wheel track and fabricated a custom watts link rear suspension set up with top and bottom parallel control arms, had to modify floor pan to accept front of control arms  also installed Koni coilovers.

Fabricated front seat stools for aftermarket seats.
